H1N1升溫 個人衛生要做好

（中央社記者陳偉婷台北26日電）流感疫情升溫，H1N1攻勢猛烈，近日門、急診病患都增加。疾管署說，民眾應做好個人防護措施，勤洗手、戴口罩、別隨意碰口鼻。

根據衛生福利部疾病管制署統計，本流感季自2015年7月1日以來，截至今年1月25日共累計253名流感併發重症確定病例，其中41人死亡。容易發生重症和死亡者為65歲以上、小於3歲為多。目前最年輕的流感死亡者為1歲10個月男童，上週也有一名2歲女童過世。

疾管署表示，流行型別以H1N1為主，但社區H3N2和B型流感都有，近幾週病毒抗原性分析顯示有跟疫苗株不吻合的H1N1病毒株，意即疫苗的防護力會下降。

疾管署防疫中心主任劉定萍表示，雖然流感疫苗沒有猜到H1N1，但對其他型別有防護力，對於應該施打疫苗的民眾仍應施打，最基本要做好個人防護措施，勤洗手、注意咳嗽禮節、沒洗手不要碰觸口鼻，且生病應在家休息，若一定要出門，也該戴上口罩。

流感的嚴重性在於爆發流行快速、散播範圍廣泛以及併發症嚴重，尤其是細菌性及病毒性肺炎。大部分感染流感患者，多屬輕症，在家休息數天，約1週會痊癒，但老年人、幼兒、患有心、肺、腎臟及代謝性疾病（糖尿病）、貧血或免疫功能不全者為併發重症高危險族群。

流感危險徵兆包含出現呼吸困難、急促、發紺（缺氧）、血痰或痰液變濃、胸痛、意識改變、低血壓等，應及早就醫，若能及時投抗病毒藥物，可以減少重症、死亡機率。

劉定萍說，流感抗病毒藥物自費很昂貴，若不符合公費補助要求，可能就會延遲投藥。不過，現在公費補助標準放寬，高燒持續48小時、家人、同事、同班同學有類流感發病者就可補助，醫師應適時投藥。

長庚大學兒科學特聘教授林奏延則說，最近兩週快篩監控發現，B型流感有快速上升趨勢，陽性率從4%變為12%，且感染B型流感患者中有36%曾接種過三價疫苗，代表疫苗株可能跟病毒株不吻合。

他說，近日天氣冷，擔心流感疫情恐會一直上升，過去農曆春節是流感高峰，應小心防範，有類流感症狀應及早快篩，盡早使用抗病毒藥物。1050126
