H1N1升溫 個人衛生要做好
(中央社記者陳偉婷台北26日電)流感疫情升溫,H1N1攻勢猛烈,近日門、急診病患都增加。疾管署說,民眾應做好個人防護措施,勤洗手、戴口罩、別隨意碰口鼻。
根據衛生福利部疾病管制署統計,本流感季自2015年7月1日以來,截至今年1月25日共累計253名流感併發重症確定病例,其中41人死亡。容易發生重症和死亡者為65歲以上、小於3歲為多。目前最年輕的流感死亡者為1歲10個月男童,上週也有一名2歲女童過世。
疾管署表示,流行型別以H1N1為主,但社區H3N2和B型流感都有,近幾週病毒抗原性分析顯示有跟疫苗株不吻合的H1N1病毒株,意即疫苗的防護力會下降。
疾管署防疫中心主任劉定萍表示,雖然流感疫苗沒有猜到H1N1,但對其他型別有防護力,對於應該施打疫苗的民眾仍應施打,最基本要做好個人防護措施,勤洗手、注意咳嗽禮節、沒洗手不要碰觸口鼻,且生病應在家休息,若一定要出門,也該戴上口罩。
流感的嚴重性在於爆發流行快速、散播範圍廣泛以及併發症嚴重,尤其是細菌性及病毒性肺炎。大部分感染流感患者,多屬輕症,在家休息數天,約1週會痊癒,但老年人、幼兒、患有心、肺、腎臟及代謝性疾病(糖尿病)、貧血或免疫功能不全者為併發重症高危險族群。
流感危險徵兆包含出現呼吸困難、急促、發紺(缺氧)、血痰或痰液變濃、胸痛、意識改變、低血壓等,應及早就醫,若能及時投抗病毒藥物,可以減少重症、死亡機率。
劉定萍說,流感抗病毒藥物自費很昂貴,若不符合公費補助要求,可能就會延遲投藥。不過,現在公費補助標準放寬,高燒持續48小時、家人、同事、同班同學有類流感發病者就可補助,醫師應適時投藥。
長庚大學兒科學特聘教授林奏延則說,最近兩週快篩監控發現,B型流感有快速上升趨勢,陽性率從4%變為12%,且感染B型流感患者中有36%曾接種過三價疫苗,代表疫苗株可能跟病毒株不吻合。
他說,近日天氣冷,擔心流感疫情恐會一直上升,過去農曆春節是流感高峰,應小心防範,有類流感症狀應及早快篩,盡早使用抗病毒藥物。1050126
